Ensuring a smooth delivery of the project prior to Christmas, BBG had to engage in initial planning stages long before the Oakhill College Walsh Library site was mobilised. Long lead items for items such as furniture, ceiling hangings and steel structures meant that suppliers needed to place orders well in advance of site works commencing.
Safety was also an issue due to the high amount of foot traffic in the area while the site was live. Better Built Group engaged a team of experienced project managers to reinforce comprehensive policies and procedures and ensure staff and customer safety above all else. The team were able to deliver a first-rate facility on time and to the highest of standards.
