One of the biggest challenges of this project was being able to complete works while the childcare centre was still in full operation. Ensuring the work site adhered strictly to safety procedure and guidelines was key, and was a continually enforced by Better Built’s experienced project managers throughout the course of the project.
Due to the short timeframe of the project, new designs required fast tracking for council approval and acoustic and engineer consultants were engaged to make sure the new section of the centre was suitable for young children. This was particularly challenging to execute over the Christmas period, but the Better Built team’s commitment to service and quality made it possible to deliver the fully-completed project on the agreed upon date.
