I am writing in reference to BBG as the Building Contactor of the newly refurbished Liesse Administration and Reception Building at our Castle Hill Campus. The project involved refurbishment of all services, internal and external finishes, a new modern faced and the construction and installation of a disabled lift and external ramps to meet BCA re quirements.

Liesse is not the first time the College has worked with BBG but the requirements around this particular project were unique in the level of difficulty, hazardous substances and the need for the College to be fully operational during the build. It was a truly collaborative approach to ensuring the delivery of an outstanding project.

The quality of the project was recognised by The Master Builders Association when BBG were awarded an Excellence in Construction award for the project management and construction of the Liesse Building.

During the delivery of the project BBG sought and have delivered savings to the College through ongoing value management. The project team from Director down have been consistent and fair in their dealings with us. BBG have immediately responded to any concerns raised by the College which has resulted in an excellent working relationship.
